- Oversee and manage all aspects of project control for BP's energy projects
- Develop and implement project control strategies and processes to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, track project costs and schedule, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Lead and mentor project control team members to ensure effective and efficient project execution
- Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team members
- Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations to improve project performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for project control and project management
- Participate in project planning and budgeting activities to support effective decision-making
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project control processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a key point of contact for project control-related inquiries and escalations from stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Project Controls In The Oil And Gas Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Project Control Principles, Including Cost Control, Schedule Control, And Risk Management.
Proficient In Project Management Software, Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project, And Experience With Project Control Tools, Such As Earned Value Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Lead A Team Of Project Control Professionals.
