- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for BP's energy solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Create and maintain customer service standards and guidelines for the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for BP employees to ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' customer experience strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to improve customer retention and acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Represent BP in customer-facing events, conferences, and meetings.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Strategic Or Key Account Management Capacity.
Strong Understanding Of The Energy Industry And Market Trends.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Retention And Growth Strategies.
