  1. Provide technical expertise and guidance in subsea engineering for the successful execution of subsea projects.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of subsea projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of subsea projects with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  7. Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, cost, and schedule.
  8. Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in subsea projects.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in subsea engineering and integrate them into project design and execution strategies.
  11. Ensure all project activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure project success and efficiency.
  13. Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the project team and promote a zero-incident mindset.
  14. Represent BP in a professional and ethical manner, promoting a positive image of the company to stakeholders and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Civil, Or Ocean Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Subsea Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Subsea Equipment, Systems, And Installation Techniques.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Api, Iso, And Dnv.
