  1. Conduct analysis of trading operations data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  2. Maintain and update trading systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely data.
  3. Collaborate with traders and other team members to execute trades and optimize trading strategies.
  4. Monitor market conditions and keep abreast of industry developments to inform trading decisions.
  5. Prepare and present reports and presentations on trading operations to management and stakeholders.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of trading operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  8. Communicate with external counterparties to facilitate trades and resolve any issues.
  9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  12. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in trading operations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  15. Represent the company in a positive manner and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Trading Operations, Preferably In The Energy Industry

  • Knowledge Of Commodity Trading Processes And Procedures, Including Trade Capture, Confirmations, Settlements, And Risk Management

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software, With The Ability To Manipulate And Present Data Effectively.
