Clinical Staff Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and team-focused Clinical Staff Development Coordinator to join our Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting and have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.The Clinical Staff Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing the orientation and continuing education of clinical staff. They will ensure that our staff are properly trained and adhere to industry-standard protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a dedication to patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities:

1. Lead clinical staff orientation and continuing education for all new and existing employees.
2. Develop and implement clinical staff development plans and programs.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and education programs.
4. Manage training budget and track expenses.
5. Develop and maintain clinical staff competency assessments.
6. Ensure staff compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
7. Collaborate with clinical supervisors to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
8. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new clinical staff members.
9. Maintain records of training and educational activities.
10. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure patient safety and care.
