Knowledge Of Digital Tools And Platforms: As A Digital Hr Intern, The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Various Digital Tools And Platforms Used For Hr Functions, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems, Hris, And Social Media Recruitment.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Identify Trends And Make Recommendations For Improving Hr Processes And Strategies.
