- Process and manage payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll information in the HR system.
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees.
- Collaborate with Finance department to ensure payroll expenses are accurately recorded.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and human resources processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data.
- Analyze payroll data and provide reports to management as needed.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
- Continuously improve and streamline payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Processes, Laws, And Regulations In The Relevant Country/Region.
Experience With Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Workday.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills To Effectively Handle Payroll-Related Issues And Inquiries From Employees And Stakeholders.
