Manager - Consumer Marketing

The Senior Manager, Platform Category Development (Innovation) will be responsible for helping to define strategic brand initiatives and serve as the lead in the implementation and execution of these initiatives. He/she will collaborate to help identify consumer and market insights/trends and help turn them into commercialization opportunities supporting our NGP growth and transformation vision. Assist in the adoption of NGP ideas to help turn rough concepts into commercial brand ideas for flawless execution through the 4D model: Define, Discover, Develop, and Deploy. Collaborate with Platform Development Team for internal and external briefings with cross-functional teams and external agencies in the development of NGP product initiatives. Lead the coordination of internal processes (such as Stage and Gate, Marketing Resources Management (MRM) and others) for future focused pipeline of products.
