Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings related to facilities management. Proven ability to build and sustain high-functioning, cohesive teams. Ability and willingness to engage at a hands on level to help collaboratively solve facility related issues. Proven experience leading or partnering with Hospitality Teams, EH&S, Physical Security, Occupancy Planning, Leasing Administration and Procurement.
Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings related to facilities management
Facility/Project Management certification and Advanced Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Degree preferred.
