Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of HR transactions and back office processing. Includes offers, onboarding, terminations, employee record maintenance, M&A support, issue resolution, and data integrity. Assists in the development and execution of short and long term projects to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management and global stakeholders. Improves operational effectiveness through simplifying, standardizing, centralizing and automation. Develops and monitors metrics to evaluate performance.

Job Qualifications

  • 15 years of HR experience

  • 5+ years people management experience

  • M&A experience performing activities across the M&A life cycle from due diligence, employee notifications, full employee integration
