- Design and develop high-quality printed circuit boards for our cutting-edge products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient PCB layouts.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to create complex and high-density PCB designs.
- Perform thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and solve any layout-related issues that may arise during the design process.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new techniques and technologies to improve design efficiency and quality.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of PCB designs, including schematics, layouts, and design notes.
- Work closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of PCB designs into final products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, standards, and best practices related to PCB layout.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on the progress of PCB layout projects.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential design risks or issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective PCB production.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality PCB layouts within designated timeframes.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the PCB layout team.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pcb Layout Design, Preferably In A High-Speed Digital Design Environment.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Pcb Design Tools Such As Altium, Cadence Allegro, Or Mentor Graphics.
Strong Understanding Of Pcb Fabrication And Assembly Processes, Including Dfm And Dft Considerations.
Experience With Signal Integrity And Power Integrity Analysis Tools, Such As Hyperlynx Or Cadence Sigrity, Is A Plus.
