- Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of technical documentation.

- Review and edit technical content to improve clarity, organization, and readability.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product features and functionalities.

- Collaborate with localization team to ensure translated technical documentation is accurate and consistent.
- Train and mentor junior technical writers on writing standards, tools, and processes.
