Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sram Design And Development.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Design Principles And Cmos Process Technologies.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Cad Tools Such As Cadence Virtuoso And Synopsys Design Compiler.
Experience With Sram Reliability And Yield Enhancement Techniques, Including Redundancy And Error Correction Coding.
