Job Description

Acts to safeguard life and property and enforce College regulations in accordance with state and municipal laws and departmental procedures. Report any unsafe campus condition to the Facilities Dept. and where possible, temporarily secure the area to prevent personal injury/ property damage. Tests and inspects emergency call boxes and lighting for proper functionality. Visually inspect and open all doors/buildings when the College opens and secure when it closes.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have active status as a commissioned NJ Police Officer

  • Currently enrolled in an Alternate Route Program at an accredited NJ Police Academy.
