
Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, providing advice and guidance on all matters related to HR
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that are aligned with the organization's business objectives
• Provide advice and guidance on all matters related to employee relations, including performance management, discipline, grievance handling, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
• Monitor and review organization's policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Develop and manage training and development programs for employees
• Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including interviewing and onboarding
• Prepare and analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Proven Experience In A Human Resources Business Partner Role
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Law And Employee Relations
