Job Description

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with an eye for detail and a passion for process improvement? If so, Brunswick is looking for you! We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team who is excited to take on the challenge of developing and optimizing our supply chain operations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role. In addition to excellent organizational and communication skills, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders, and successfully completing projects on time and within budget. Experience in leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement is also desired. If you have a passion for developing and improving supply chain processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize supply chain operations.
  2. Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
  3. Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize supply chain operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential innovations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of projects.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and findings.
