  1. Develop and implement HR transformation project plans and timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR leaders, business leaders, and external vendors, to identify project needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for HR process improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Lead and manage project teams to drive successful project delivery, ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated towards project goals.
  5. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated timelines and budget constraints.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide timely updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, to ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR project management, and proactively propose new ideas and strategies to enhance HR operations.
  9. Ensure all HR transformation projects are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a change agent, promoting awareness and adoption of new HR processes, systems, and strategies among employees and stakeholders.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: A Hr Transformation Project Manager At Bt Group Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Executing Timelines.

  • Hr Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Hr Technology.

  • Change Management Expertise: Bt Group Is A Large Organization With A Complex Structure, So The Hr Transformation Project Manager Should Have Experience In Managing Change At Both The Individual And Organizational Level. This Includes Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, And The Ability To Navigate Through Resistance.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Hr Transformation Project Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Support The Transformation Project. They Should Also Have The Ability To Identify Potential Roadblocks And Develop Solutions To Mitigate Them.
