- Develop and implement HR transformation project plans and timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR leaders, business leaders, and external vendors, to identify project needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for HR process improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead and manage project teams to drive successful project delivery, ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated towards project goals.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide timely updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, to ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR project management, and proactively propose new ideas and strategies to enhance HR operations.
- Ensure all HR transformation projects are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a change agent, promoting awareness and adoption of new HR processes, systems, and strategies among employees and stakeholders.
Strong Project Management Skills: A Hr Transformation Project Manager At Bt Group Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Executing Timelines.
