  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's office estate, in line with business objectives and employee needs.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current and future office space requirements, taking into account factors such as cost, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  4. Oversee all aspects of real estate management, including lease negotiations, space planning, and budget management.
  5. Monitor and report on the performance and utilization of office space, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  6. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for maintaining and optimizing office environments.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency by continuously seeking out and implementing new ideas and best practices for workplace design.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on office estate strategy and progress towards goals.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and developments related to office real estate and workplace design.
  10. Uphold and promote company values, policies, and standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate Management, Preferably In An Office Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Property Management Principles, Commercial Lease Agreements, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Tenants.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Office Estate Strategies, Including Cost-Saving Measures And Optimizing Space Utilization.
