Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Or Public Policy.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Social Impact Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Social Issues And The Ability To Design And Implement Innovative Solutions.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Monitoring And Evaluation, And Stakeholder Engagement.
