Responsibilities:

1. Accurately and efficiently mix drinks and other beverages in accordance with established recipes.
2. Greet customers, take their orders, and serve drinks in a friendly and timely manner.
3. Ensure the bar and service areas are clean and properly stocked at all times.
4. Interact with customers to ensure they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
5. Monitor guests’ consumption of alcohol and intervene if necessary to ensure responsible alcohol service.
6. Keep up to date with the latest trends in drinks and mixology.
7. Adhere to all applicable state and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
9. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
