Greeter / Cashier

As the first point of contact for customers at Buffalo Wild Wings, our Greeter/Cashier is an integral part of our team. We are looking for an outgoing individual who can provide a friendly and professional welcome to all guests. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of Greeter/Cashier:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. • Follow cash-handling procedures and company policies when handling money. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Ensure all customer orders are accurately taken and prepared. • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant. • Assist in food preparation when necessary. • Assist in training new employees and providing feedback to management. • Assist other team members as needed. • Assist with closing duties at the end of the shift. • Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
