
Allocations Analyst
At Burlington Stores, we are looking for an experienced Allocations Analyst who is highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for driving results and creating a positive customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of inventory for our stores and ensuring that merchandise is allocated to our stores in accordance with the company's strategies.We are looking for an individual who is analytically driven with a strong business sense and excellent communication skills. You must have 3+ years of experience in an Allocations Analyst role, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field. Responsibilities of an Allocations Analyst:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop allocation strategies that maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient allocation of product to stores and ensure that our stores have adequate stock.
- Analyze sales data to forecast supply and demand and optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement allocation strategies and procedures that meet company objectives and align with business strategies.
- Develop reporting and analytics tools to monitor and track the performance of the inventory allocation process.
- Work closely with store personnel to ensure that inventory is accurately allocated and customer requirements are met.
- Maintain open communication with store personnel to identify and address any issues with the allocation process.
- Provide recommendations to management on ways to improve the inventory allocation process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that inventory is obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner.
