Asset Protection Supervisor

As the Asset Protection Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our stores, merchandise, and most importantly, our team members and customers. 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the asset protection department, including budgeting, staffing, training, and development.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the store, merchandise, employees, and customers.
3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and prevent potential loss or theft.
4. Train and educate store team members on proper security protocols and procedures.
5. Monitor and analyze data and reports to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
6. Collaborate with store management and other departments to identify and address any security or loss prevention concerns.
7. Supervise and lead a team of security officers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
8. Maintain a strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to asset protection and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners to resolve security incidents and investigations.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members to enhance the overall shopping experience and promote a safe and secure environment.
