Cashier Associate

Working in an energetic and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, accurately and efficiently processing transactions, and helping customers find the perfect products. Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assist them with their purchases • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and other systems • Remain updated on product knowledge and store promotions • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, and availability • Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise • Provide a positive and friendly shopping experience to customers • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner • Follow all store policies and procedures • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions • Balance cash drawer and accurately record all transactions • Follow loss prevention and security procedures
