Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and passionate customer service leader to join our team at Burlington Stores! As Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations for the store. You will be the go-to person for customer service inquiries, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with our store.The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to everyone. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet to quickly resolve customer issues. They should also demonstrate strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and develop team members.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of customer service experience and be well-versed in customer service best practices. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. If you have the right skills and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee customer service operations for the store, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively using problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and motivate team members.
  5. Develop customer service processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
  6. Train and mentor customer service staff.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
  8. Implement customer service policies and ensure compliance.
  9. Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
