Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to deliver outstanding customer service
  2. Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure positive customer experience
  3. Monitor customer service metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Train, mentor and coach customer service associates on best practices
  5. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  6. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate as necessary
  7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
  8. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  10. Report customer service KPIs and metrics to upper management
