Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Environment.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Complaints And Diffuse Difficult Situations.
