  11. Keep track of team performance metrics and report them to management regularly.
  12. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on new products, services, and customer service techniques.
  13. Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in customer service best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Similar Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Complaints And Diffuse Difficult Situations.
