As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience from start to finish.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers at Burlington Stores.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  3. Train and onboard new customer service team members.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  5. Act as a role model for excellent customer service by setting a positive example for the team.
  6. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  7. Monitor and maintain customer service standards and ensure they are consistently met.
  8. Assist in resolving customer service issues and finding solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
  9. Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers.
  11. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide reports to management.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members both in person and through various communication channels.
  13. Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and provide suggestions for enhancements.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Lead At Burlington Stores Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Management.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Representatives. A Customer Service Lead Should Have Experience In Managing And Coaching Others To Achieve High Levels Of Performance.

  • Customer Service Experience: To Be Successful In This Position, A Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role. This Could Include Experience In A Retail Setting Or A Call Center Environment.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A Customer Service Lead Should Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Customer Complaints In A Timely And Effective Manner. The Ability To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Creative Solutions Is Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Burlington Stores Is A Retail Company, And A Customer Service Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Sales Processes. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Better Assist Customers And Provide Quality Service.
