Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Burlington Stores’ operations.
2. Utilize machine learning, data mining, and other data science techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
3. Design, develop, and implement data models and algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
4. Monitor data quality and accuracy of data sources, and develop strategies to ensure high-quality data.
5. Create visualizations and reports from data to support data-driven insights and decision-making.
6. Collaborate with other team members to design experiments, develop hypotheses, and identify opportunities for increased data accuracy and efficiency.
7. Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines to support data-driven applications.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the most efficient data solutions.
9. Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of data-driven products and services.
10. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support to users.
