Distribution Center Associate
As a DC Associate, you are an important part of the supply chain team, assisting with the flow of merchandise and material during the distribution process. You’ll be responsible for the accurate, efficient and safe handling of merchandise during all phases of receiving, storage, and shipping. Receiving, off-loading, sorting, storing and retrieving product which will require lifting cartons and placing on/removing from conveyor. Use of box-cutter to open cartons, as well as tape gun, gum labels and label making equipment to size, secure, and affix tickets to merchandise. Ensuring accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments. Use of radio frequency (RF) scanners. Entering receiving information into computers. Building pallets of cartons. Operation of forklift, pallet jack, and/or other heavy equipment.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
