- Create and design all graphics for retail stores, including but not limited to signage, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all graphics align with brand standards and overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain a project timeline to ensure timely production and implementation of all graphics.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and effective designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all graphics and ensure they accurately represent the company's image.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to key stakeholders for approval.
- Prepare final files and assets for print and digital production.
- Manage and maintain graphic design files and assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Continuously review and provide feedback on existing graphics to improve overall quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of all graphics.
- Stay updated on printing and production techniques to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with store teams to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure all graphics meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the graphic design team.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Graphic Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, And Illustrator.
Strong Understanding Of Typography, Color Theory, And Design Principles.
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills.
Experience In Creating And Managing Print And Digital Marketing Materials, Including Flyers, Advertisements, And Social Media Graphics.
