Manager, Benefits Systems (Workday)

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Manager of Benefits Systems (Workday) to join the Burlington Stores team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Workday Benefits System, ensuring a smooth user experience for our employees. You will also lead our team of Benefits Systems Analysts and provide expertise, guidance, and support for the system.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with Workday and a strong understanding of the benefits landscape. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while still being able to manage the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Workday Benefits System, ensuring a smooth user experience for our employees.
2. Lead our team of Benefits Systems Analysts and provide expertise, guidance, and support for the system.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the benefits system.
4. Monitor the system performance and provide reports on the system utilization.
5. Troubleshoot any system issues and provide technical support as needed.
6. Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to ensure the system is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Train staff on the benefits system and work with them to ensure they are using the system correctly.
8. Research new technologies and software that can be used to improve the system.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with Workday partners and vendors.
10. Create policies and procedures for the system and ensure they are followed.
