As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the distribution process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of merchandise to our stores.   1. Oversee the distribution process: The primary responsibility for this role is to manage the distribution process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise to our stores.
  2. Ensure efficiency and timely delivery: As the Operations Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the distribution process is efficient and that merchandise is delivered to our stores on time. This may involve implementing new procedures, streamlining processes, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Manage distribution team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of distribution staff, including supervisors, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers. This will involve setting goals, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring the team is working together effectively.
  4. Maintain inventory levels: It will be your responsibility to monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our stores have the necessary merchandise to meet customer demand. This may involve forecasting, ordering, and managing stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  5. Identify and resolve issues: As an experienced Operations Manager, you will be expected to identify potential issues in the distribution process and proactively take steps to resolve them. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Distribution Center Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Distribution Processes, And Logistics Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Warehouse Management Systems And Other Relevant Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
