
Operations Service Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Service Manager to join the Burlington Stores team! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all customer service, backroom operations, and sales processes. As Operations Service Manager, you will ensure that all customer service operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of successful customer service and backroom operations management. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop and enforce policies and procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices, along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service, backroom operations, and sales processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor customer service operations to ensure they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to customer service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and up-to-date on best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service operations and transactions.
- Develop and implement customer service objectives and standards.
- Monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer service operations and performance.
