
Recruiter (Buying)
The Senior Recruiter will work closely with the Director of Executive & Merchant Recruiting to successfully source, screen, interview and place top-quality talent into key positions within Merchandising. Proactively identify passive talent using creative methods to engage top candidates who may not be actively seeking a new role. Actively manage that candidate list by establishing regular contact points to keep talent engaged. Build strong interpersonal relationships through frequent, independent interaction with hiring managers. Develop and maintain a network of contacts through regular communication prior to, during and after the actual selection process.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Recruiter
Experience leveraging various social medial tools to promote the talent brand
Ability to see beyond the tactical, to understand how the Recruiting function impacts the overall health of the business
Working knowledge of ATS (HodesiQ, iCIMs, Taleo or other Applicant Tracking Solutions).
