1. Supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience.
2. Train and mentor cashiers on customer service techniques and operational procedures.
3. Foster a positive working environment for the cashiers.
4. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
5. Monitor cashiers’ performance and provide feedback to ensure quality customer service.
6. Ensure the accuracy of cash register transactions.
7. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
8. Stay up-to-date on store policies and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
