Job Description

Are you an outgoing, self-motivated leader with a passion for customer service? Burlington Stores is looking for an experienced Retail Front End Supervisor to join our team and oversee the customer service operations of our store. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service practices and procedures. If you have a “can do” attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, then this is the role for you!Required Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team• Ability to effectively monitor and evaluate customer service operations• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that customer service operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Monitor customer service operations and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement plans to improve customer service operations.
  4. Provide training and guidance to store staff on customer service procedures.
  5. Manage the daily activities of the store staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide feedback and performance reviews to store personnel.
  7. Monitor store performance and take action to address any issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Address customer complaints and resolve customer service issues.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding store operations.
