- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front end of the store, including cashiers, customer service, and bagging.
- Ensure that all front end processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front end team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front end area to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other store managers and supervisors to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor and maintain front end inventory levels, including bags, registers, and other supplies.
- Track and analyze front end data and sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed by front end team members.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with scheduling and managing front end staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the front end operations.

Leadership Skills: A Retail Front End Supervisor Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Cashiers And Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Experience: This Position Requires A Candidate With Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, As They Will Be Responsible For Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction And Resolving Any Customer Complaints Or Issues.
Cash Management Skills: A Retail Front End Supervisor Should Have Experience Handling Cash And Managing Cashiers' Tills, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Count And Reconcile Cash Drawers At The End Of Each Shift.
Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Coordinate And Prioritize Tasks Such As Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Front End Area.
Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Loss Prevention. Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role Is Also Preferred.
