Retail Stocking Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Retail Stocking Associate to join Burlington Stores’ team. As a Retail Stocking Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our stores are full of quality products for our customers. You’ll be responsible for stocking shelves, keeping the store organized, and responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilites of a Retail Stocking Associate:

• Stock shelves with merchandise according to store layout and product placement guidelines
• Receive and unpack merchandise from vendors and inspect for quality and accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and store floor
• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Assist in creating visually appealing displays and product merchandising
• Adhere to store policies and procedures
• Report any product issues or discrepancies to store management
• Ensure all inventory is correctly labeled and priced
• Rotate merchandise on shelves and replenish stock as needed
