At Burlington Stores, we are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Retail Stocking Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized with merchandise. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, organized individual with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.The successful Retail Stocking Associate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for helping our customers find the perfect products, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Stock items on store shelves, racks, cases, and bins according to store layout.
  2. Receive and unpack merchandise from suppliers.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Check deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
  5. Assist customers in locating products.
  6. Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  8. Follow store policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Provide excellent customer service.
