Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product supplies ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. To be successful in this position, you must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong customer service skills. If you are driven to provide excellent customer service and have a passion for retail, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and store merchandise in an organized and efficient manner.
  2. Keep store shelves fully stocked and orderly.
  3. Assist customers in finding items and answering product related questions.
  4. Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy of inventory.
  5. Keep up to date with current promotional activities and pricing.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Follow all safety procedures when stocking merchandise.
  8. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  9. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the appropriate personnel.
