Burlington Stores is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Stocking Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our store is fully stocked and ready to serve our valued customers.   1. Stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  2. Receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments and accurately updating inventory records.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate efficient restocking and inventory management.
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items within the store.
  6. Following all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and minimize loss.
  7. Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  8. Communicating with management regarding inventory levels, customer feedback, and any other issues that may arise.
  9. Assisting with store set-up and floor moves to optimize product placement and drive sales.
  10. Contributing to a positive and energetic work environment by actively engaging with team members and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: This Position Requires Candidates To Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Tasks And Responsibilities Of The Job.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: Retail Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Managing And Organizing Inventory, Restocking Shelves, And Ensuring That Products Are Displayed Correctly. Candidates Must Have Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Effectively Handle These Tasks.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Job Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, Stocking Shelves, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: Retail Stocking Associates Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Products Are Displayed Correctly And Shelves Are Well-Stocked. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And The Ability To Spot Any Discrepancies Or Errors.

  • Customer Service Skills: Although This Is Primarily A Stocking Role, Retail Stocking Associates Are Also Expected To Interact With Customers And Assist Them With Any Inquiries Or Requests. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Good Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers.
