Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our stocking team and ensure efficient and accurate stocking of merchandise.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the stocking team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Train and develop team members on proper stocking procedures, product placement, and inventory management.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring merchandise is easily accessible for customers and team members.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
  5. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure efficient and timely restocking of merchandise.
  6. Communicate with store management regarding any stock or inventory issues, including out-of-stock items or overstock situations.
  7. Conduct regular audits of stock levels and product placement to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  8. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Lead by example and provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with any questions or concerns regarding product availability.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential stocking or inventory issues to minimize disruptions to the customer shopping experience.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
  12. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
  14. Assist with other duties as assigned by store management to support the overall success of the store.
