  1. Oversee and manage the store closing process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Create and maintain a closing schedule for all store employees, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  3. Train and mentor store associates on proper closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking and organizing merchandise as needed during closing hours.
  5. Communicate any issues or concerns to store management, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure all closing tasks are completed within designated time frames, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and sales floor.
  8. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints during closing hours, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  9. Conduct closing cash reconciliations and prepare deposits for bank pick up.
  10. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure smooth transition between closing and opening shifts.
  11. Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  12. Serve as a role model for store associates, demonstrating dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  13. Assist in other store tasks and projects as assigned by store management.
