  1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the store and its merchandise.
  2. Actively prevent and detect any potential theft or loss within the store.
  3. Collaborate with store management and team members to implement shortage control strategies.
  4. Conduct regular checks and audits of inventory to identify any discrepancies.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any potential security risks.
  6. Remain vigilant and alert at all times to ensure the protection of store assets.
  7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in identifying and reporting any suspicious behavior or activity.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures related to shortage control and security protocols.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns related to store security.
  10. Work collaboratively with other store associates to maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the store's shortage control procedures.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on any new shortage control techniques or procedures.
  14. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
