  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.

  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
