Job Description

In this role, you will direct and manage the activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. If you have the required qualifications below, we would love to hear from you!Qualifications:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role* Working knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations* Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, develop, and motivate team members to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop and implement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
  5. Oversee safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations.
  8. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to challenges.
  9. Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
  10. Train team members on safety protocols and warehouse operations.
