
Warehouse Team Lead

You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You should also have a working knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure efficient delivery of merchandise to stores.
- Lead and motivate staff to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
