Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient delivery of merchandise to our stores. You should have a minimum of two years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, and a proven track record of successfully managing staff and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You should also have a working knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff scheduling.
  2. Ensure efficient delivery of merchandise to stores.
  3. Lead and motivate staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
  4. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
  6. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
