Warehouse Team Lead

Burlington Stores is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to lead and supervise our team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will be a motivated leader who understands the importance of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a warehouse environment. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is running smoothly and efficiently to meet the needs of the organization.The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have the capacity to think both critically and creatively. Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred. In addition, the Warehouse Team Lead should be comfortable with basic computer tasks, such as entering data into an inventory system.
