Warehouse Team Lead

We are looking for an organized, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join Burlington Stores' dynamic team! This role will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to warehouse staff while ensuring that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment with progressive leadership experience. They must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Our Warehouse Team Lead must also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills to handle inventory and shipping. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and direct the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
2. Monitor and review staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure successful completion of warehouse tasks.
3. Develop and implement warehouse protocols and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
4. Maintain inventory accuracy by accurately tracking and counting all items on a regular basis.
5. Monitor and manage supply chain, inventory optimization, and distribution systems.
6. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that safety protocols are being followed.
7. Analyze current warehouse processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Train staff on warehouse procedures and protocols.
9. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful completion of warehouse tasks.
10. Monitor warehouse environment and take corrective action when needed.
